For those that are curious the blog name was taken over by rachak . As to why the original went down, terseness of Mis-nagid's responses may give you a hint.
Rabbinical Consortium of Hackers means that it's a 17 year old bored yeshiva bochur having a little too much fun playing with a computer instead of learning something (anything?). He appears to alternate between frumteen Perpetrator sycophant, simple plagiarist, and a giggly 14 year old whose rare flashes of insight only serve to let his ignorance shine through.
Yeah, I've seen his stuff. I knew he was a kid. I'm just wondering who the rabbis in his "Rabbinical Consortium" are and if any of them are, indeed, hackers. :)
I'm sure you'll tell us yourself in the fullness of time. Wouldn't want to steal your thunder. P.S. making an impression on a nerdy 17 year old is not a huge accomplishment.
Gone.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear it. You'll be missed.

What happened to the sight though? Did someone else take over it?

ReplyDeleteOy vey, have you seen the site now? He recommends frumteens!
ReplyDeleteHey, mis-nagid, if you've decided to quit, fine, but it's a month too late for April Fools!
The Wolf
It looks like a hacking to me.
ReplyDeleteIt's not a hack. I deleted it. When it's deleted, anyone can take the domain. End of Story. Thanks for caring.
ReplyDeleteOK, then. I'm glad to see that we didn't lose you to the "other side."
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your retirement. I hope we still here from you from time to time.

ReplyDeleteAh, the Rabbinical Consortium of Hackers (whatever that means...). He even put his blog on Wikipedia's page as an example of a "religious blog."

This should actually serve as a lesson to anyone with a blog.
ReplyDeleteIf you don't want a mockery made of it after you've decided to leave it, don't delete the blog, simply delete the entries and leave a "good-bye" note.

Wolf, Bah, I don't care. I'm amused that someone cared enough; it means I made an impression.
ReplyDeleteJoeCool, What does it hint? Do tell!

ReplyDeleteNo, I'm not going to elaborate. I'm to go away. Bow out. Retire.
ReplyDeleteGo back and look at the site again.
ReplyDeleteWhat the hell is happening?
