Several commentators have expressed concern about my previous post. After thinking the matter through, I realize that it was probably wrong of me to post it, knowing only one side of the story.

Wolf -- they may have been right. As noxious as the story sounded, I could bring myself to spew my typical anti-chareidi bile for not knowing the facts as certain.

Good move removing the post. I think you SHOULD follow up on this issue to see whether there is legitimacy to the claim. If there is such a Rav out there, this needs to be dealt with somehow.
